Cortech now has a way to protect your walls from carts and other traffic in your hallways.   Introducing our new all plastic corner guards.  The corner guards are made with an extremely strong ABS plastic material.  They are available in 1 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch & 4 inch sizes as well as a bull nose edge and all guards come in four foot lengths.  The length of the corner guards can be adjusted by cutting them in the field for your application.  There are  8 different color options, including clear.  The corner guards come with Tap Con screws with a phillips head.  Tamper resistant screws are also available upon request.  They can also be made with an adhesive strip to attach to the wall.  The clear guard does not have an adhesive option.  Corner guards can be mounted to any surface, concrete, cinder block, dry wall and many other materials.  Contact Cortech for more information.

Maricopa County In Phoenix has recently chosen the Chuckwagon and X-trays for its food service in their county jails.  After many years of costly repairs to their heated carts and more than half of their delivery carts broken and unuseable they found the Chuckwagon to meet and exceed all of the standards that they have set.  The Chuckwagon has no moving parts, welds or hinges to break.  This equals cost savings for your maintenance department and less money spent on repairs and replacements.  This same result is being played out all over the country as we are now over 78 installations and growing. Please see our installation list to see all the facilities that are currently using our system.

Cortech is proud to present their new line of Cobra Cans.  The Cobra Can is the most innovative, correctional specific trash receptacle available.  It is vitually unbreakable.  The Cobra Can features molded in floor glides to reduce scuffing and scratching as well as a 360 degree continuous handle on the perimeter and bottom of the can.  This will help in emptying and the handles will never tear off even with the heaviest loads.

 

The Cobra Can comes in 9 different sizes: 20, 22, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 & 55 gallons.  The Cobra can could be manufactured with a flame retardant material that passes CAL 133.  The colors that are available in FR material are: Blue, Green & Grey. The Cobra Can is also available in a general use or food grade material as well.  The colors that are available are: Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, White and Black.  Every container comes with a lid included and prices start at $50.
